Aerospace Systems Engineering Section (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma)

Located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the Aerospace Systems Engineering Section in the Avionics and Support Systems Department is responsible for project activities related to major aircraft subsystems, including electrical, electronic, and mechanical redesign at the U.S. Air Force Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC) depot. These activities include studies for technology insertion, reliability or maintainability improvement, hardware redesign for mature subsystems, aircraft modification designs, support equipment engineering functions such as automatic test equipment Test Program Set (TPS) design, Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V), and office acquisition program support. System experience includes B-52, B-2, B-1, E-3, and KC-135 aircraft, as well as TF30, TF33, F101, F108, F110, and F118 engines.
